Statement of Liability
This statement is to notify the clients/passengers traveling in the confines/within the boundaries of vehicle belonging to “Pacific Coast Sunrises, Airport Limousine Services”, that said clients/passengers are to conduct themselves at all times within the confines of the laws of the State of California.
Distribution of any and all forms of alcohol to any and all minors will be “strictly” prohibited in or while in the performance of the driver conducting his/her duties. Those clients/passengers of legal drinking age, while in the vehicle will conduct themselves in a responsible manner. Any and all infractions of the laws, of the State of California as a result of alcohol consumption by the clients/passengers, will be the sole responsibility of the clients/passengers, and the driver will reserve the right to terminate/end the charter at his/her “discretion”, should the driver be in reasonable doubt of the clients/passengers ability of conducting themselves in a responsible manner. As well as, any and all damages resulting from the mishandling of any and all property belonging to Pacific Coast Sunrises, will be the responsibility of the clients/passengers, and as a result will be added to the sum of the final bill.
Clients/passengers are “strictly” prohibited from extending any portion of they bodies outside the vehicle, while it is in motion. Clients/passengers are also “strictly” prohibited of the same while the vehicle is not in motion, causing the distraction of any and all vehicle that may be in site of vehicle belonging to Pacific Coast Sunrises that would be in motion. Violation of this requirement will result in (1) warning from the drivers. Additional violations, will once again result in the driver invoking his/hers right to terminate/ending the charter.
